  • Book up to 6 sessions

What can I expect from my sessions?

Our coach will carry out with you an assessment to determine your current alcohol consumption and help you identify your reduction goals. You will then work with the coach to monitor and review progress at the same time as developing strategies for dealing with triggers and situations which may take you off track.

Our Coaches are like Personal trainers but instead of supporting you with your fitness goals they will help you set goals for reducing and/or controlling alcohol consumption. Many people find that having the accountability of a coach supporting them along the way helps them to achieve lasting impact.

All sessions are paid in full by Norfolk Council, for Norfolk residents. You will not have to pay for any of your DrinkCoach sessions.

Really friendly, helpful coach who created a connection, put me at ease, listened to me, and didn’t make me feel judged or worried or embarrassed. Came out of the session feeling really positive and so glad I’d taken the plunge.
